Given the nature of digital content, we do not generally offer a refund or credit if you decide to cancel your subscription unless required by applicable laws or as otherwise described in our User Terms.
We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- you have changed your mind about your subscription;
- you subscribed by mistake;
- you are not satisfied with the current offering (could not find desired content)
- you ask for goodwill
If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase.
Can I receive a partial refund for the annual plan?
We are unable to offer a refund (partial or otherwise) if you have used your subscription already and watched lessons. Your plan will remain valid until the end of your annual plan and will renew unless you cancel it.
If you are unsure that you need an annual plan, you may wish to subscribe to a monthly plan instead.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (for Visa/MasterCard It may take 5-10 business days before it is processed).
